How long is the flight reservation valid?
Each reservation is valid for 48 hours.
Can I choose the airline company?
No. Our system selects the best available option automatically based on your route and dates.
What do I receive?
You’ll receive a flight reservation with an itinerary and a PNR code that confirms the booking.
How long does it take to receive my reservation?
Orders are processed automatically. You’ll receive your reservation immediately by email. If you select “Buy Now, Receive Later,” you’ll receive an activation link right after payment to use whenever you need.
When should I book my ticket?
You can purchase anytime. If you need the ticket valid later, use the “Buy Now, Receive Later” option to activate it when convenient. It will then be valid for 48 hours from activation.
Do I have to cancel the flight?
No. If you don’t take any action, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Do I pay the full flight price?
No. You only pay the reservation fee, not the actual ticket cost.
Can I use my reservation to fly?
No. This is a reservation only. To use it for travel, you’d need to purchase the full ticket. Contact us if you’d like to upgrade.
If I choose “Buy Now, Receive Later,” when will I get my ticket?
You’ll get an email with an activation link right after ordering. Once you activate it, the reservation will be valid for 48 hours. The link is valid until 5 days before the scheduled departure.
Do I receive an e-ticket number?
No, only a PNR code is provided. This is verifiable on airline websites and usually sufficient to prove onward travel. An e-ticket number is only available if you buy the full ticket.
Is it possible to select the exact flight?
Not at the moment. However, you can request a guaranteed direct flight without stopovers.
