Can you change the details on my reservation?
No. Reservations are created instantly and can’t be modified. If you need changes, a new booking is required.
I made a mistake with my name or date. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. While changes are not guaranteed, we’ll do our best to help.
I can’t find my flight on the airline website.
This can happen for several reasons:
Some airlines don’t display passenger details for reserved tickets.
Double-check that you entered your PNR correctly (copy/paste is best).
If your last name has multiple parts, enter it without spaces.
Some airlines generate a second internal PNR—contact us if needed.
If you’re still having trouble, reach out to support and we’ll assist you quickly.
Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
No. Once booked, the reservation can’t be canceled or refunded, since the ticket is already issued with the airline.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund only if we fail to deliver your onward reservation in time.
